About the event
Your host, Mary Bell, has Orchestrate a Private Group Event, and invited Waves Sacred Healing to lead a group Sound Healing and Guided Yoga Nidra Meditation to offer Inner Peace.
As you will be guided through a journey of sound, you will feel your entire body enveloped in a sense of relaxation and peace.
Doors open at 10:30 am for coffee and connection. Event begins at 11:00 am. Please RSVP and payment will be collected by your host.
Please bring a blanket, yoga mat (or second blanket) and eye covering and be prepared to snuggle in and drop into deep comfort and rest.
Your guide, Emily Thompson, is a Registered Nurse, Trauma Informed Yoga Nidra teacher, and Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Intuitive Sound Healer. She will be open to questions post healing. If interested in optional services please read more at wavessacredhealing.com
